SOCIAL CONSTRUCTION

At Stone and Grace we believe that social construction - the ways in which we individually and collectively operate - is the methodology behind decolonization. Operating on a spectrum of (de)construction and (re)construction – the through-line – the common denominator throughout the entire process of decolonization is you and I constructing the people, spaces, places, and world we want to be: construction. Our work leads and enhances social construction, ensuring that we are building hearts and minds, and spaces and places from being led and driven by fear, to being led and driven by love.

We (de)construct social systems through increasing social awareness. Our work supports people in learning and exploring history, building the skills necessary to navigate social constructs, and gaining the understanding to craft supportive, nurturing, and progressive community.
