Building a shared vocabulary on how best to build the systems and structures that break oppression is essential in our quest toward collective liberation. We can't undo the past, but we can decondition and evolve from it.
The breaking down of antiquated systems, structures, ways of thinking and acting, rooted in Western European colonization and white supremacy; restoring power to those who have been oppressed from colonization, and the building and re-building of spaces and places that work for us all.
